For conjugation corrections, include the verb, the tense and the form you expected — that's everything we need to check it against the references.

For Bar Cards, name the drink and what you think is off — a measure, a step, a glass — and we'll check it against the card and the published recipe.

For Musclemark, tell us the lift or tool, the numbers you entered and what you expected, and whether you are on iPhone or Android. If it is about your account, write from the email address on the account.

Will my progress survive a new phone?
Yes — progress is included in your normal device backup, and the Pro unlock is tied to your App Store / Play Store account. Use "Restore purchase" on the Go Pro screen if it doesn't reappear automatically.

Is Pro a subscription?
No. It's a single one-time purchase, yours forever.

How do I reset my progress?
Progress tab → "Reset all progress". This can't be undone.

Is Full Bar a subscription?
No. It's a single one-time purchase through the App Store or Play Store, yours for good. Every recipe is free either way; Full Bar opens the My Bar lists, nine more looks, star ratings and the second recipes.

I bought Full Bar but the app shows it locked.
Open any locked feature and tap "Restore purchase" on the Full Bar sheet. It asks the store for your earlier purchases; make sure the phone is signed in with the same App Store or Google account.

Will my favourites, ratings and ticked bottles survive a new phone?
They are part of your device's normal backup, so a restore brings them across. Nothing is stored anywhere else.

Why doesn't My Bar list a drink I can nearly make?
The "a bottle or two short" list only shows drinks that use a bottle you have ticked and need at most two more. Pantry staples (ice, sugar, lemon, lime, soda) are assumed, and garnishes are optional.

How do I send a recipe or a photo?
My Drinks tab → "Send a recipe" or "Send a photo", or "Made it? Send Jay a photo" on any drink's page. It opens your own mail app or share sheet; nothing is uploaded by the app itself.

Do I need an account?
Yes, from version 1.0.5. You sign in with Apple (iPhone) or Google, and the first sign-in makes the account. Your log is kept in it, so it is backed up and the same on every phone, and the app still works offline at the gym. If you used Musclemark without an account before, sign in and the workouts on your phone go into your new account.

I have a new phone.
Install Musclemark and sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before. Your workouts, routines and settings come back.

How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Settings > Account > Delete account. That removes the server copy of your data and your sign-in straight away. Or email support@blepware.com from the email address on the account and we will do it for you. Whatever is on the phone itself goes when you delete the app.

Is Musclemark Pro a subscription?
Yes: $3.99 a month through the App Store or Google Play, with a 30-day free trial if you have not had one before. Logging, every exercise, your history, the Strength Score, challenges, badges and up to six routines stay free. Pro adds unlimited routines, the Progress tab, all 25 tools, the full breakdown, every theme and badge sharing. Terms of Use.

How do I cancel Pro?
Settings > Musclemark Pro > Manage subscription, or in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date (or before the free trial ends, to pay nothing). Pro stays open until the end of the period you have paid for, and your log, routines and badges stay with you afterwards.

I have Pro but the app shows it locked.
Settings > Musclemark Pro > Restore, or "Restore purchases" on any Pro screen. Pro belongs to the store account that bought it, so make sure the phone is signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account.

Where did the ads go?
Musclemark has no ads any more, for everyone. If you bought "Remove ads" earlier, thank you: there is nothing to restore, and the app stays ad-free on every phone.

A number looks wrong.
Whether it is a Strength Score band, a plate count or one of the calculators, email us the lift or tool, what you entered and what you expected, and we will check it against the standards and formulas the app uses.
